BIG CORPORATION

Just got back from singapore this afternoon. Oh gosh, not really that tired because I have enough sleep in the bus. You know what, the bus was just awesome. Although it is not that awesome until everybody will have his/her own tv, just that the seats are adjustable. YES, it is adjustable. Maybe I am too short. If I made the maximum adjustment, it can actually accommodate my whole body vertically. It is just like a bed! AWESOME!

That’s a lot to write about singpore. In the meantime, there’s a lot to write about those so –called big corporation too. You know what, that’s just a disaster with those big corporation such as MA**S, STR**MYX which is under T*L*KOM. So stupid lar those big corporation. I think my brother and I should start writing a book entitled

“ THE 10 BIG MISTAKES BIG CORPORATION IN MALAYSIA ALWAYS MAKE”

Yes, their customer service soo LOUSY, after I have made a few calls, I couldn’t tahan, I scolded SH*T as always, for sure, not in front of those not-really-trained consultants.

The most funny part is dedicated to STR**MYX, when I call their customer service, it started out as

“Dear our VALUE CUSTOMER( ok….thanks for regarding me as “VALUE” customers), we are so sorry that we couldn’t answer your call because of some TECHNICAL PROBLEM(which is unsolved for ages). YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US(oh gosh, if important, why I couldn’t call you guys, why there’s nobody answer my call) and then it continues ……….”

Apart from that, I think they should rerecord those call center voice, their ENGLISH is just so……

I am very stingy with these kind of things. I have the right to be a consumer. BUT LOOK, I PAY FOR DECEMBER Fees, BUT I USE NOTHING OF THE SERVICE. Come out!!! Total up, I have went to the T*L*KOM for 3 times, I have called up at least 6-7 times. I sent an e-mail once.


PROBLEM? - unsolved
