My first time

Waking up at 6.50 in the morning, I felt so strange when I opened my eyes. June’s world was spinning, as I stood up and walked. Unable to balance my body, I was unable to walk properly as well.

“What’s going on with me?” That’s my first reaction.
“Aiya, Will be better after a while de lar” I comforted myself.

Walking down the stair, the feeling is a little bit scaring. It is hard to describe how I felt. All I can say is the what I saw was kept “vibrate” up and down when I took a step down, kinda like the astro I was watching could not function very well in a heavy downpour.

Subsequently, I told my mum about my condition but I just said that I will be fine as not to “scare” her. What she told me then was really freaking Mrs. Physics out. “If xinmin’s sister fetches u , I will not let u go to school.”

When I went to school, the feeling of “imbalance” still overwhelmed me. A little bit worried about me condition, I asked sin ni, Mrs. Physics and xinmin as well. Lacking of sleep might be one of the reason, that’s what xinmin told me. Ya, if it was the reason, I will be more relieve.

The watch on my hand was approaching 1100, this was the waited moment for everyone except her --- the dunno-wat-time Mrs. Physics. Fortunately, she let us go on time. If not?......I also dunno wat will happen though.

Xinmin’s sis fetched us back and we did chat on the way home, I am kinda enjoyed it. That day was the the start of PMR examination, xinmin’s bro.n ph’s sis are taking and hope that they will do well intheir exam.

Reaching home, and nobody’s home. I am kinda think of the song sang by avril.
“ When u got home, nobody’s home……” a great song.
After that, I had my lunch and watched the television. I went to have a nap afterwards, thinking that it might help to cure my “imbalance” When I was playing chess with MR. Chow, somebody gave me a buzz. After “hello”-ing for several times, it was wei hong, I should have known it, it was his style when talking in the telephone.

It was nearly 4.15pm n there was xinmin sis’s fetched us to selayang mall. Unfortunately, Ardy didn’t want to go to that party as he didn’t inform his mum yet. It didn’t take us a long time to reach there, got off from the car, still feeling a little bit dizzy. However, I didn’t care too much, all I cared about was how I am gonna to enjoy wit my friends. The gang, comprise yansiang boy, joean,pik hui, tzeh huaeh n Christopher were at ying2 he2 she4,buying presents for tick siang. Knda weird right? What things in ying2 he2 she4 wll suite tick siang? Dunno…I heard tem saying DOGS.

Minutes later, there was another gang, the football gang, I supposed. It includes hong ping, yik cai, jian lee. Dunno where did they come from. However, they r so sui, they wanna gap but don’t want help. Fortunately, we had Christopher and he as a guy, he did help us a lot in selecting the presents, I supposed.

It seemed eternity until we bought the presents, we then went to the top floor n played CRAZY BUS, however, chris didn’t join us, instead he was standing tere n watching 5 girls playing silly CRAZY BUS. Sitting there n waiting the game to start, suddenly, I received a call from hong ping. I only got chance to say few words, then the game start. I was so sorry to him cause after few words, all he heard was screams.

Got off from the bus, I had forgotten about my dizziness, we went to play a car race game. Haha…I got the campion( I beat yik cai lor, a boy lor)---- that’s one of the highlights of that day. We manages take some photos before going to the entrance of selayang mall.

Actually, we all decided to go to tick siang’s on foot. However, we lost track of yensiang boy n yik cai, supposed they were playing in the nearby playing ground. So, we decided to record the video for ban1 kan1 forst lo..and the dreaded moment arrived. I started feeling that I could not stand well, feeling dizziness, I need others help to stand n walk. I was unable to control myself. They told me that my legs were shaking, n very sorry for scarying them esp. the girls—my best friends….


They guided me to sit on a bench. Joean went to buy sugars as she thought tat I might be lack of glucose, ph n tzeh went to buy 100 plus. Suo1-suo1 joean came back with sugar-free mentose. So, I supposed I didn’t to obtain any glucose from it. When we were sitting there, wei hong as a emcee and others as singers , Christopher as a cameraman were do some recording. If I am nt mistaken, chong hwa’s Zhang dong liang reached at that time and we were waiting for tick siang to fetch us.

Many ppl were there already when we arrived, however, I could not remember the party quite well cause I was a little uncomfortable at that time, still feeling imbalance especially when I stood up. I did remember that hwei yen hugged tick siang lor ( I didn’t see that tough) n hwei yen fed tick siang n tick siang feed her back ---- Another highlight. We took lots of phtos lor..n they sang er2 ge1. Yensiang took a photo wit a lenglui n chea hao was rejected by te leng lui.( this is what I heard)..somekind like that..
At about 9.00p.m., my mum took me to see a doctor. Relieved, doctor said that I was lacking of sleep and te er2 shui3 not balance, just lke Miss Ong Xin Min said…-----could be a good doctor in the future huh…

Subsequently, I went home n sleep really tight…………………

really, getting dizzy all day doesn't sound good at all...muz sek urself/ur health/ur body in order to participate in TA (the apprentice, in case u dun understand, hehe)...

Ok.. tatz an impressive post, June... hehe... but not good to hear such a bad news from you.

Your insomnia problem is really getting very serious... Did tat doctor give you any medicine or advice? If did, hope it's useful for you.

I can always sleep at anytime, n itz the soundly one... hehe.. i wish i cud get rid of tis... itz such a gift if your insomnia problem happens on me....hehe... so tat u cud sleep well n i hav enuff time to do my stuff.

But truly, yea, itz not a good thing. Hope you cud get over it soon... n always sleep tight.

Actually, y don't you juz change the settings to block annonymous posting any comments? I mean it wil be better in 2 ways: first, no more nonsense by those wateva annonymous; second, you'll know who post comments precisely without guessing...

Exercise regularly during the day. Avoid exercising in the evening.

Keep light levels very low after sunset and keep the bedroom very dark.

Keep the bedroom at a cool temperature.

Use the bed only for sleep and sex, not for reading or watching television.

Go to bed when you are drowsy and get up when you are wide awake.

Meditate for 20 minutes before you go to bed.

Consider having white noise in the background, such as a fan blowing.

Try not to focus on falling asleep. For example, don't keep checking the clock and worry about why you are not asleep yet. If you are awake for more than 20 minutes, leave the bed and do not go back to bed until you feel ready to sleep.

Try to reduce stress in your life by changing the things that cause stress.

These r some ideas i found on the web, bet u hav read it, but, juz in case.......

ok, accordin to some site, they describe ur situation as chronic insomnia, which u r not juz sefferin from it for juz a few nights. For this situation, you really hav to find out wat's the reason tat causes your insomnia, it may b depression, n most possibly, for ur situation, STRESS or too worryin. My comment is don't always think about those before sleeping n do hav some relax (really relax 1) before you sleep,k? Be calm n don't think too much when sleepin ... otherwise you'll be awakened by nightmare...
