I have been saying YES to a lot of new things & experiences & gathering recently.

Some are really good, some not that suitable for me actually

and ever since i kept an open minded mind towards new things, i realize, i was quite a bit shut down for the past.

Like i got a lot of emails asking to collaborate this & that, i usually will think the bads first, but now i try to keep a neutral mind, as long as it is a beneficial or no negative points, i will try that out.

and went to a friend's gathering nearby my work place yesterday, the gathering was at 8pm.

My problem when trying new things is that when it is 755pm, i have the urge to go back.. hahaha but then it always takes 1 min to force urself!

Yeah, i glad i did go, it was really nice, met some uncle auntie & they actually gave me some new ideas 

Btw, KPOP is nice, but just not my thing hahahhaha ;)

and tmr am heading to a seminar , shit full 2 days seminar from 8-5pm.

MY ZI RAN XING is gone for the weeekend ;)

Reaction & emotional control

Okay, i have these thoughts in mind, i might as well write it down :)

I am watching The apprentice asia, again! it has been really long time since i watched this show & watching it really makes me realizes something.

I just realized i need to work on these 2 different things : Reaction & emotional control.
This is really so important on all aspects in our life: ur work, ur relationship with family , friends, ur biz  or watsoever. But it is really important.

When a problem comes, the way we reacted to it is the one that determines whether the problem IS actually a problem.

and when we are emotional, we tend to make decisions in rush & out of emotions , and this might lead to a negative reaction.

So i think i need to work on 2 things : my emotional control (EQ) and try to remain calm and easy when facing difficulty. And not to make a decisions when my EQ isnt neutral. By neutral it means, u are not overly excited & not overly depressed about certain things.

When u detach urself emotionally from a certain task, u tend to make a wiser decision, just now u are a 3rd party. This is really a tough call. It is very easy to say than done. Cause when it comes to family or relationship, there's where emotions are getting into the way.

But i still think this is learnable & should be practised more often.

So yeah! that's something i wanna work on & improve on myself , gotta grab a book for it.

I mean, whenever i face an obstacles, i know i will get through it eventually (so there is really nothing to worry about, cause u know u gonna get through it eventually), and yeah i think i learn something!

and i am feeling determined to make my life better :D

Today i am heading to a trial class.. HAHHAAH i really hope that will go well. OR it will be going really well ;)

JLO concert

Went to JLO concert last Sunday!

It was a free standing ticket , and my friend got it for free!!!

Had lotsa fun terr in stadium merdeka, it was raining but still everyone is dancing around !!!

I would love to go concert next round too!!!!!!!!!

Hahahahaha I just needed to do something crazy , in which i did. :)

Thought something would be different actually , it was a pleasant surprise meeting u the first time,  but then later on I guess u are just the same as the rest.

It totally changes my perspective on this, just don't judge the book by its covers.

Maybe i just need some better lucks, which i am sure i will ❤
